See your primary : Care doctor. This is the type of thing that needs to be examined to accurately evaluate. It may be due to something minor like an infection (epidiymitis) or could be a symptom of a hernia, hydrocele, or an early testicular tumor. Please have this checked by your doctor if you notice something out of the normal for you.
