Tenderness at being touched/pressed suggests something inflamed inside; testicular pain may occur sometimes along a kidney stone passage through ureter to bladder; highly variable degree, duration, & interval of testicular pain may suggests torsion. So. collect the info and see Doc timely for analysis, physicals, and possible tests so to deduce
