Weight loss: Weight loss always comes down to calories. Avoid breads and deserts. Don't eat three full meals a day. Consider slim fast for breakfast and/or yogert for lunch. Or have a soup before dinner, then wait for 30+ minutes to see if your are hungry enough to prepare a full meal. Not sure why you do not want to not gain muscle - but simple calesthenics or walking it wont cause much muscle definition.
