Food sources: fresh sardines & mackerel; heart & liver of beef, pork and lamb; & meats beef and pork, along with eggs. Fish grains meats: Coq10 is found in fish, whole grains, and organ meats like liver. It is also available as a supplement. Since it is fat soluble it is best taken with a meal.
