Lupus: Sle or lupus is a clinical diagnosis. Just having a positive ANA does not automatically mean you have lupus. Speak with a rheumatologist. They will evaluate to see if you fit the clinical criteria for lupus or not.

No tis common: ? whether has lupus or fibromyalgia. One way to look at relationship of these disorders is that people with autoimmunity (lupus) can and do develop fibromyalgia; as a result of chronic inactivity due to autoimmunity pain. People with fibromyalgia do not develop autoimmunity as a consequence of having fibromyalgia; rather they develop autoimmunity irregardless of having fibromyalgia.
