See rheumatologist: If you have been diagnosed to have fibromyalgia, I would suspect that you are suffering from chronic pain and fatigue. With the positive DNA DS ab, one needs to consider SLE and thus a rheumatology consult would be worthwhile since fibromyalgia may well not be the correct diagnosis.
