Uti: How do you know it's not a uti? Are you on antibiotics? Could be a muscle injury from the mva. The cold is probably not related.

The flank pain could: Be from the bruising during the accident. While the increase urination could be from increased liquid intake, a sign of diabetes or diabetes insipidus , side effect of meds- steroid? Etc get an explanation from your dr. (you deserve one after paying your co-pay!) best wishes!
