I have an extremely painful constant dull ache in my lower back mostly on the lower right side of my back right above my buttock. i was recently diagnosed with a uti two weeks ago abc im on my second round of antibiotics. could this be uti related?

Perhaps: Might need to get an IVP of the kidneys to see that you don't have a stone, mass, or calculus.An IVP is an imaging test done in Radiology. An infection of the urine is caused by bacteria but could also be from infectious problem higher up in the urinary tract system. A urologist is the doctor which specializes in this area.
