I've been feeling at little daydreamy lately, i don't know if being tired or stressed has anything to do with it?

Sleep.........: Being "daydreamy" is a nice way of saying your focus and attention are not what you are used to them being. This certainly can be related to poor sleep and being tired. Those parts of your brain that work constantly to keep you on task and focused need to rest routinely. If you are not getting good sleep, these areas get out of whack and you "daydream". Get consistent, nightly sleep to break cycle.
