I had breast reduction four months ago. i have hard tissue under my left aerola. is it hard fat? i have a request for referral to see the surgeon.

Very likely: After a breast reduction you can have a scar from fat necrosis (fat that dies). A physical exam by your plastic surgeon can determine if it is indeed fat and he/she csn discuss a plan of action. Good luck , also make sure to check your pathology results.
