Very likely: After a breast reduction you can have a scar from fat necrosis (fat that dies). A physical exam by your plastic surgeon can determine if it is indeed fat and he/she csn discuss a plan of action. Good luck , also make sure to check your pathology results.

Examination.: Most likely you are dealing with scar tissue and/or fat necrosis. Careful physical examination and possibly radiologic evaluation may be necessary. Best wishes.

Surgeon wants 2 week follow up to see if hard, immovable breast lump resolves? If not, we will "discuss options". Should I be concerned?
