Arrhythmia: This could be anemia, dehydration, or low blood pressure causing a fast rhythm; it could also be a supraventricular tachycardia causing you to feel dizzy and faint. Please talk to your doctor first, and if all checks out, you may need a holter or event monitor. If you have a fast rhythm you may need to see a cardiologist or a cardiac electrophysiologist.
