I'm suffering from constant dizziness. which has lead to passing out. i feel fatigue and weakness.y heart is elevated. according to my gp blood levels are fine. i'm not pregnant.. what could it be?

"dizzyness": "Dizzyness" followed by "passing out", with fatigue/weakness and rapid heart rate, may be caused by several clinical conditions, but these symptoms need evaluation by a neurologist. Acoustic tumors can cause balance problems, and blood chemistry would be apparently normal.
