Agree with Dr. R: Your symptoms suggest anemia from excessive blood loss. You should see your gynecologist. In the mean time take oral iron and multivitamin supplements. It not 100%!: Home pregnancy test us not 100% accurate. You need to go to have another more elaborate blood test done to be sure! good luck!
