Follow up: Risperidone is associated with hyperprolactinemia and galactorrhea. Lowering the dose may or may not help. Only time will you will need a repeat us to check you lining and ovary. Both of these findings can be dependent on the timing of your cycle. If you are midcycle, you lining may be normal as well as your cyst. Follow up and discuss with your gynecologist.

Hi there, I had midcyle spotting that started three months ago that only happens during ovulation. 2 ultrasound confirmed a 4cm ovarian dermoid cyst. Endometrium 1.4cm at day 20 of cycle, is my endometrium normal? I get my period on day 30/31.
