Hi there, i had midcyle spotting that started three months ago that only happens during ovulation. 2 ultrasound confirmed a 4cm ovarian dermoid cyst. endometrium 1.4cm at day 20 of cycle, is my endometrium normal? i get my period on day 30/31.
