Speak to your dr: The amount of sleep you get is not the only gauge used to measure fatigue. You may have other physical, mental or emotional things going on.Start by speaking to your physician. There are simple blood test that can be do to rule out serious problem. Speak to a close friend, co-worker or family member about your life and the things you think about. They may be able to help. Exercise, good luck.
