Stress: Fatigue should cause you to be drowsy/sleepy. I think it's more likely that the stress/excitement of the move is what's keeping you awake at night. Try to resume a good sleep routine (cool, dark, quiet room; no electronics or TV right before bed; avoid alcohol before bed because it affects the quality of your sleep) and consider meditation to help you get calmed down to sleep.
