blood vessels keep busting in my hands and feet. i feel a pop, then an itch and some swelling. then a bruise. it's happened twice already today?

Need to see doc!: Shouldn't be like this. You need to see your doctor and have a CBC drawn, to make sure your platelet levels are not low. Also, i would make sure i did not take anything with Aspirin in it, or Ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen). But you need a visit to your pcp!
