May or mat not be: Your head ache may or may not be related to the cystic mass of parotid gland. Cystic lesion could be benign cyst adenoma ( or degeneration in a benign mixed tumor ) a rare cyst-adenocarcinoma., need investigation , most likely will need removal. Speak to your doctor , and plan the treatment
