Mental Health: You might be correct, but it's also hard to diagnose ourselves. I suggest a through evaluation with a psychiatrist or psychologist before anything else. A psychologist can help you with psychotherapy about your social relationships, or difficulty with them. Many psychiatrists can do this therapy also, and can also recommend any medications that might be helpful.

Social Anxiety: Social anxiety is caused by misperceptions of situations and interactions. You have probably over time learned to perceive in certain ways that cause you anxiety. You need to learn to perceive differently, to perceive the truth, the facts of situations. You can likely be helped but will need to consult with a mental health professional who treats anxiety. Best wishes.
