One reading only: Although this blood pressure reading is elevated- you don't diagnose hypertension off of one value. If you were particularly anxious or had been physically active that could elevate the numbers. It is best to take BP when you are calm and at rest to determine what your normal baseline in. Would need a minimum of 3 readings.
