Therapy: Talk to someone. It sounds like depression that may respond to psychotherapy and/or medications. A primary care physician can get you started.

Not just hormones: This problem is most likely not just hormones, especially since you say you are "always" depressed and lonely. Sometimes depression can fluctuate with menstrual cycle, but yours apparently does not. You could see your primary care doctor for a comprehensive evaluation, including thyroid function studies -- and then also see a psychiatrist and/or psychologist about the depression/loneliness.
