Needs treatments: Squamous cell carcinoma at sclera- corneal junction when invades ( no longer in situ bowman's , need staging of tumor also ) will need excision of conjunctiva 3 mm clear margin along with superficial layers of cornea , added cryotherapy will have lowest recurrence rate of 10 % , eye will be saved , some times chemo- therapeutic ointments are also used, speak to your doctor, .
