Cyberknife is: Not surgery, not a knife..It is a linear accelerator placed on a robotic arm to deliver stereotactic radiotherapy in high but very accurate arcs or beams to ablate anatomic abnormalities. It does not care about cell type. You need to discuss if it is appropriate for your sq ca; what the alternatives are; adverse effects; cost; who pays.
