Does invasive squamous cell carcinoma spread quickly?

Depends: Origin of cancer is very important. If skin, usually not unless large, ulcerated lesion. Depending on site, stage at presentation then plays a role. Squamous cancers can origin wherever there is skin lining with then resultant pattern of spread so tough to say more.
