Depends: What do you want? You can work out to produce strength, muscle definition, stamina, weight loss, flexability, etc. Consult with a trainer and let them know what your goals are and they will advise you how to get there. Try the ymca, jewish community center, local college trainers, and so on. Good luck.

Depends: It depends what you can tolerate. I would start with 20 minutes of cardio (running, )and 40 to 50 minutes of weight lifting aiming for 12-15 repetitions of each exercise. As you get stronger up your weight and the distance you run but not your time doing each exercise. I hope this helps.
