Gland where tonsil would be is swollen. can't go see dr because no money. don't have tonsils. should i take amoxicillin left from prior sinus infectio?

No: Would not take antibiotics without a very specific indication. The risks of complications far outweigh the potential benefits, if any. Hopefully you live close to a free clinic where somebody could take a look at this for you. If you have no other symptoms would just watch this.
