6 days out of a vaginal hysterectomy, pain still at 10, hurts even worse to urinate scale about 15 and fever between 99.8-100.2. should i worry?

Maybe: Actually a fever is anything from 100.5 and up. So, actually you haven't had a fever. You may have some pain with urination from the Foley catheter. In general though you should call the surgeon who did your surgery about your pain control issues. Tomorrow being monday, it might be a good idea to get an office evaluation and urine check for infection.

Yes: It sounds as if you have a bladder infection - you should see your doctor, or urgent care center immediately.
