I : I have never seen a triage report here on avvo.Com. I am not really sure what the question is, but based on the symptoms, an evaluation by a medical professional is in order to rule out UTI (urinary tract infection) or pyelonephritis (kidney infection) or kidney stones.
Please see your doctor if you have not done so already.

Go to your doctor: Blood in the urine and inability to urinate could be a sign of something serious. See your doctor and get checked out.
