See your doctor: Fever indicates infection somewhere. The abdominal pain and fever may or may not be related to the vaginal discharge but all need evaluation and the sooner the better, because there could be an intra-abdominal process that could make you very ill.

See doctor: What you describe is probably some type of vaginal infection. Your doctor will be able to tell and will be able to treat the problem.
