Please take with : Food. I saw that you have chest pain noted. If chest pain started since you began Prozac (fluoxetine) & is associated with palpitations or difficulty breathing, swelling of mouth, tongue, lips or airway - than you may need emergent tx. Most people are able to handle GI effects of Prozac (fluoxetine) after a couple of weeks. Some people have improvement with probiotics.
