She recently started prozac(2 weeks ago),prilosec(3weeks), and now lactaid. started vomiting this morning and diarrhea. no fever or other symptoms. ?

Not the vomiting: Is related to meds. Prozac (fluoxetine) can cause chronic nausea but not diarrhea. Prilosec can cause diarrhea but not vomiting. Lactose intolerance can cause both, though taking Lactaid is supposed to treat that condition. I would stop everything and start over beginning with the Prilosec. You haven't been on Prozac (fluoxetine) long enough to withdraw.
