I doubt diarrhea: would affect absorption of prozac (fluoxetine), (fluoxetine)unless its profuse diarrhea right after you take it. It may be that the prozac (fluoxetine) is no longer working for you. Talk to your Dr about this,especially if the diarrhea persists.
