A member asked:

How does inflammation of the cns affect your body?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on cause: Multiple etiologies of CNS inflammation exist, many of which are chronic (infection more acute or subacute). Using the model of ms, we can see cognitive loss, fatigue, weakness, numbness, imbalance or incoordination, loss of vision, problems with bowel/bladder fnctn. So given this ballpark approach, different disorders can affect general fnctn.
