Anxiety and stiff: feeling. This MAY be a result of your GAD but check w/doc to rule things out. Then consider doing something like yoga, qigong, massage, etc. Our body was created to move. Reflect on your lifestyle. Too sedentary? A little each day can do a lot. Lots of qigong and yoga free videos on net. Peace and good health.
