Mandibular torus?: This could be what we call a mandibular torus, which is merely some excess bone and benign. This can be asymmetric and why you only have it on one side. However, without actually seeing you, we can't be sure, so please have your dentist take a look at it just to be on the safe side.

Hi I have a mouth ulcer in upper palate. Its quite bony and tender to touch. It has been there for 3 weeks. I can feel the bone in open area.
