I have a small lump on the right side of my occipital bone. it feels like its on top of a bony prominence. on the left side of the occiptal bone a symmetrical distance away from this lump is another lump on top of the bony prominence but much smaller?

Hard to say: Most probably benign soft tissue/ bone tumor- fibroma,osteoma etc You haven't given any other details when you see the doctor next show to them
