I am a female of the age of 40 i have had pain+swelling in my ankles stomach and arms. sometimes it wakes me up at night arms hurting a lot right now.

You need tests: Your swelling can be due to a number of problems. It could be a reaction to a medication you are on. You should have blood tests and get that checked out! pain that wakes you up at night is your body's way of saying "i need help".

Go see your DR and: Get checked for stomach, kidney, heart, liver conditions, diabetes, nerve inflammation etc. Hopefully, there's nothing serious. God bless u :).
