Doctor suggest doing pelvic ultrasound on day 5-8 on period cycle. Due to lack of appts, will endometrial thickness still be thin enough to see any polyps if I do my ultrasound on the 9th or 10th day? Period is 2 days, 30 day cycle. Ty doctors?

Severe issues with period. Hemorrhaged 2 times in a month.Had a transnational ultrasound.Discovered polyp on ovary, along with 3 cysts.Lost health insurance so havent been back to doctor.Seems situation is not getting any better. ?
