What does it mean when my doctor says my acl is tight?

Tight ACL : A tight acl can mean one of two things. In a knee with normal motion, it means " your acl is perfect, it feels normal to the surgeon". In a knee with a loss of motion, it means " not good", which means better work on the motion a lot if early in the recovery. If already a few months out from surgery, the knee likely will have some issues....
