Sir i have acl ligament tear before a weak doctors suggesting me operation, but is thr any mean to avoid operation & cure acl ligament using ayurveda?

ACL Tear: If the ACL is completely torn, surgery is indicated. If the tear is partial, prolotherapy or other forms of regenerative injection therapy may restore ligament strength and function. Ayurvedic treatments could be complementary , but by themselves would not regenerate or repair the ligament.
