Exercise: I am not sure how to answer this since you did not define what your concerns are, or what your 'workout' entailed. But i believe medicine has nothing to offer to tell you this is unhealthy. It sounds very healthy to me. Many athletes have significant exercise regimens that include cardio and weight training; and many of these have a variety of routines they use to keep healthy or physically fit.
