See beliw: Needs an exam to be sure it is not severe prolapsed stage 4 internal hemorrhoids or if it is painful thrmbosed external hemorrhoid. Can try Ibuprofen tablets, warm bath soaks & steroid type suppository. Needs a physical exam with a doctor.
