Questions of Water: Water is water is water. There is nothing to add whether the water is warm or cold. If one is constipated then often times a significant amount of water ingested over a three hour window will help the bowels to move.

Sure you can: Bit it shouldn't make a difference. You should drink a lot of fluids specially iin summer where you can get dehydrated pretty quixkly.
