Would warm lemon water help a ten year old boy with constipation? hes prescribed miralax and he takes it, i make sure he drinks plenty of water/fiber but he still has a hard time going. he needs relief, what can help that would work fast...

Not much at all: A person with constipation needs to be sure there is no other disease causing it. If constipation is just due to slow movement of food and poop through the gut, then the things to try are vegetables, water, prune juice, prunes, fiber with water, Miralax (polyethylene glycol), Senokot or other senna, milk of magnesia, other laxatives, enemas,... Close follow-up with his pediatrician can solve this.
