What can i give my two year old that is close to zofran (ondansetron) otc for nausea and vomiting?

Emetrol: 5 ml 1/2 hour before eating or drinking. I prefer the lemon flavor but also available in cherry flavor. avoid dairy products & give small sips of fluids frequently to prevent dehydration
