Priorities: Clearly, you are going through a stressful time. I have no direct solutions except for suggesting that you work with a psychologist or other psychotherapist about your concerns. The fact that you had a remission for several months is encouraging. Why not explore and build on this? You may be better able to help yourself than you presently recognize.
