Your normal brain MRI is reassuring. I suspect that a neurologist has evaluated &advised you. If not, consult one to determine what type of headaches you're experiencing. In my opinion chronic stress&tension causing almost constant muscle contraction headaches is a common diagnosis when neurologic workup is otherwise negative. I doubt allergies are the culprit.

Chronic daily headaches can be managed and the pattern can be broken up, but you will need the assistance of your local neurologist. Allergies do not cause headaches but are a common co-morbidity with migraine.

Consider an evaluation for sleep apnea to remove oxygen deprivation and bruxism from the diagnosis.
