Allergies: Nasal congestion and discharge have a variety of causes. It is worthwhile to visit with your local ENT for allergy testing, an exam and trial of nasal sprays like corticosteroid sprays, antihistamine sprays, or other medications that will dry your nose up gently and safely. You can pick up a nasal saline spray in the meantime. Get an air purifier for home, use a hepa vacuum cleaner and avoid rugs.
