Bad..: Well, infection certainly can cause the symptoms you described here, but kidney stones can present so as well..Eitherway, having blood coming out of your penis is concerning...Get it checked out by your doc asap.

Blood at urethra: Causes of blood at the urethra include: kidney stones, infections (particularly bladder or superficial infections on the tip like yeast), a condition called hematospermia (benign) which can occur with sex and ejaculation, polyps or warts in the urethra, medications (blood thinners) like warfarin, or trauma.
